Inihaw na Pusit (Grilled Squid)

One of the food I love that I can eat three times or more a week is the "Inihaw na Pusit". Preparing it is very simple... Just grill it! I like mine ala-medium rare.

The hardest part is cleaning the squid before grilling. Just make sure that its ink gland is completely taken out and the squid is thoroughly washed prior to grilling.

Usually, I have a soy sauce with " kalamansi" and at least two pieces of the local "siling labuyo" to spice the sauce where I dip my grilled squid!
