The Millennium Transmitter (also called as the ABS-CBN Tower) measures 720 ft (219.5 m) delivering 346.2 kilowatt effective radiated power (ERP), a theoretical measurement of radio frequency energy.  The transmitter is located at the ABS-CBN Broadcast Center, Mother Ignacia Street corner Sgt. Esguerra Avenue, Quezon City and can be viewed almost anywhere in the city within 1 to 2 kilometer radius… or even more, except that the line of sight to the tower is usually blocked by the tall structures in the city.

I took this shot at about past 7PM at a distance of more than half a kilometer away. I used a shutter speed of 1/80 with an aperture of f/6.5 and an ISO of 800. The focal length is between 200 to 250mm.

One of the perks in playing golf in the city is the view. The sun is up but it's a cool, windy day. The sky is blue with patches of clouds that made looking up the sky awesome.

This was taken in one of the golf courses in the Metro, the Veterans Golf Club. The golf course is near two malls owned by the Ayala's and the Sy's. I was at the 16th hole when I took this shot. Never mind the game... Just enjoy the view! :)

In the Philippines, we only have two seasons,the wet and dry. It usually rains in the months of June till October and is dry for the other months. Although it gets cool during the months of December till February, the months of March till May is very warm and humid, sometimes extending till August.

We do not have autumn nor winter when plants hibernate or leaves fall. The indigenous flowers in the Philippines bloom all year round.

I chanced upon the easement garden of a neighbor where he planted some shrubs and saw hundreds of flowers blooming. I am unaware of what the shrub is but the purple flowers attracted my attention and the orangy leaves of the tree in the background in another neighbor's backyard gave me a "colorful" inspiration to take the shot.

Mother Nature has truly gifted us with a pair of eyes to see and appreciate her other colorful creations!

A top view of the entertainment lounge of the Fishermall where most events are held. Fishermall is the newest mall in Quezon City located at the former site of Pantranco terminal, a provincial bus company that folded.

I was at the 5th level of the mall to take this shot. It was quite claustrophobic while peeking downwards and there's an inward feeling of hesitation thinking that one of the items I was holding might fall.

The term comes from the Japanese word boke (暈け or ボケ), which means “blur” or “haze”, or boke-aji (ボケ味), the “blur quality”. The Japanese term boke is also used in the sense of a mental haze or senility. The term bokashi (暈かし) is related, meaning intentional blurring or gradation.

The English spelling bokeh was popularized in 1997 in Photo Techniques magazine, when Mike Johnston, the editor at the time, commissioned three papers on the topic for the March/April 1997 issue; he altered the spelling to suggest the correct pronunciation to English speakers, saying “it is properly pronounced with bo as in bone and ke as in Kenneth, with equal stress on either syllable”. The spellings bokeh and boke have both been in use since at least 1996, when Merklinger had suggested “or Bokeh if you prefer.” The term bokeh has appeared in photography books as early as 1998. It is sometimes pronounced /ˈboʊkə/ (boke-uh).

Nicole Asencio was the singer of the "Crow Jane" band. They had an album before they finally disband. She then formed "General Luna", an all girl band with her as the lead singer.

Nicole was the guest performer during the recent golf tournament sponsored by Smart Infinity for its loyal Infinity subscribers. The golf tournament was held in Sta. Elena Golf Country Club in Laguna last Feb 23, 2015.

I waited to see who will ride the pink bike... And behold, the owner is one of the male traffic enforcers along Paseo De Roxas, Makati.

This traffic scene was right under the BGC flyover and it looked like a tunnel. This is southbound EDSA near Buendia or Gil Puyat.

The streets at night... The road you see is the flyover going to Power Plant, Rockwell if your coming from EDSA northbound.

One of the landmarks at Ortigas, Pasig City... The St. Francis Twin Condo at St. Francis Square. The twin condos are like Christmas Trees with only the trunk standing with colorful lights "dancing" every night time.
