Nothing beats the most famous public ride in the Philippines called the "Dyip". It is a modified army jeep which was used in World War 2 that can usually accommodate 16 to 20 passengers.
A song was made by a local band, the Juan Dela Cruz Band, in the '70s with lyrics talking about the Dyips.
