Ang Poso... (The Water Pump)

Often than not, you will see this rural scene in the Philippines with the mother and daughter tandem where the mother washes the clothes while her daughter works on the pump.

The "Poso" or water pump is still the main source of water in most rural areas in the Philippines. Even in suburbs, the poso is used specially in those areas where water pressure that comes from water utility companies is low and cannot reach their homes.
